Once your online health questionnaire form is completed, it will be reviewed by one of our experienced weight management clinicians. Most treatments get approved on the same day and if not approved we will contact you by phone or email to state the reason/s why the treatment is not suitable or offer the most appropriate treatment / full refund.

1. We will submit a prescription to our partner pharmacy for dispensing.
2. Receive your treatment parcel: Our partner pharmacy will discreetly & securely send your treatment & welcome pack directly to you via a fast, tracked & signed for delivery service.
3. You will be invited to join the exclusive weightloss U.K social media platforms (optional), log in for further orders 2 days before your last week of monthly supply.
4. Our health practitioners will review your progress and work with you to titrate or maintain your dosages to support you in achieving your weight loss goal and stable health.
